复方银杏叶片对血淤证模型高血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方银杏叶片对血淤证高血脂的影响。方法:制作大鼠急性血淤证模型,以全自动生化分析仪检测血液中总胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(apoA)和载脂蛋白B(apo B)等生化指标。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组的CHO、TG、LDL-C、apo B等指标均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);模型组的HDL-C则明显降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,复方银杏叶片高剂量组、低剂量组和阳性药银杏叶片组对CHO、TG、LDL-Ca、po B等指标均具有一定程度的降低作用,对HDL-C和apo A则有一定程度的升高作用;其中阳性药银杏叶片组除对TG和LDL-C的降低作用差异具有显著意性外(P<0.05),对其他指标的影响差异均无显著性(P>0.05);复方银杏叶片高剂量组均可显著降低CHO、TG、LDL-C和apo B的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时均可显著升高HDL-C和apoA的水平(P<0.01)。结论:复方银杏叶片具有一定的降低血脂作用并呈一定的量效关系,且处方中2种主要组分具有一定的协同药效作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of compound Ginaton tablets on blood lipid in model rat with syndrome of blood stasis. METHODS The model rats with syndrome of blood stasis were made and cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B of their separated plasma were determined by automatic biochemistry analyzer. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the levels of cholesterol, tri glyceride. LDL-C and apolipoprotein B were significantly higher in the group of model rat in syndrome of blood stasis （P〈 0. 05. P〈0.01）. meanwhile the level of HDL-C was significantly lower （P〈0. 01 ）. Compared with the group of model rat in syndrome of blood stasis, there were some significantly reduced influences on cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein B in high dose of compound Ginaton tablets group, low dose of compound Ginaton tablets group and positive control group. On the contrary, there were some higher influences on HDL-C and apolipoprotein A in the three treatment groups. The actions of high dose of compound Ginaton tablets group in most signs were the strongest among all treatment groups. CONCLUSION Compound Ginaton tablets group can reduce the blood-lipid level in the syndrome of blood stasis and this action have an obvious dose-relationship. It also shows the synergism between the two main compositions of compound Ginaton tablets.
