鱼腥草滴鼻液局部刺激性与过敏性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鱼腥草滴鼻液的局部刺激性与过敏性,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法:大鼠鼻腔滴入给药,qd,连续7d,逐日观察动物的局部刺激症状,并于给药后24h,48h和7d后分批处死动物,观察呼吸道黏膜的组织病理学变化;对豚鼠皮肤多次局部涂抹致敏,观察其过敏反应。结果:局部刺激性试验中动物一般状况良好,未发生全身反应甚至死亡情况,给药局部鼻黏膜未见红斑、水肿等刺激反应,组织病理学检查发现鼻、喉、气管、支气管等呼吸道黏膜未见损伤性变化及大量炎细胞浸润;对豚鼠皮肤的多次刺激致敏试验显示该药无致敏性。结论:鱼腥草滴鼻液局部用药无明显的刺激性和过敏性,其临床使用预期安全可靠。OBJECTIVE To observe the potential irritation on nasal mucous membrane and skin anaphylaxis of Yuxingcao nasal drops, to provide information on clinical safety use of it. METHODS Yuxingcao nasal drops were dropped into nasal cavi ty of rats once a day for 7 consecutive days, the irritative reactions of the animals were investigated everyday; At 24 hours,48 hours and 7 days after applied Yuxingcao nasal drops the rats were killed in patch, histopathological examination was performed to observe the changes of respiratory tract mucous membrane of rats, including nasal, laryngeal, tracheal and bronchial. Patch application to the topical skin of guinea pig with the solution to test whether it might result in skin anaphylaxis. RESULTS The irritative reactions such as erythema and edema were not observed and worse changes including neutrophil leucocyte penetration in respiratory mucous membrane were not discovered by histopathologieal examinations. Skin anaphylaxis experiments showed that the medicine could cause slight skin anaphylaxis. CONCLUSION Yuxingcao nasal drops does not induce severe mucosal ir ritation and skin anaphylaxis, so it can be used safety in clinic.
