三氧化二砷治疗晚期胰腺癌52例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨三氧化二砷治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法：采用经泵区域性动脉灌注0．1％三氧化二砷，剂量10～20mg·d^-1，持续用药7d为一个疗程，4周后重复。结果：实验组中，临床受益反应为有效的为14人，稳定的7人，总有效率为80．8％。病灶情况为完全缓解的有4人，部分缓解的有12人，总有效率为61．5％。患者中位生存时间为12．1月。结论：三氧化二砷治疗晚期胰腺癌，临床效果明显，能减轻患者症状，毒副作用小，应用前景广阔。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of arsenic trioxide for the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. METHODS Experimental group were treated with arsenic trioxide at a dose of 10- 20 mg·d^-1 per patient through re gional intra-arterial infusion for 7 days, and repeated again after 4 weeks. RESULTS Among 26 patients in experimental group, 14 achieved response and 7 patients had stable therapeutic effects. The observed clinical benefit response was remarka ble to 80. 8%. Tumor lesions in 4 patients showed complete remission and in 12 showed partial remission, and total response rate was 61.5 %. The median overall survival was 12. 1 months. CONCLUSION Arsenic trioxide has apparent clinical effect in treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma, and can decrease symptoms with less toxic and side-effect.
