摘　　要：归纳了影响旅客选择出行方式的主要因素,运用层次分析法,比较了两种客运方式竞争力的强弱,并站在公路客运企业的角度,提出了公路客运应对城际铁路客运的策略。The paper summarizes the main factors which affect the way of passengers＇ travel choice, uses AHP to compare the compatitiveness of two passenger transports and from the angle of highway, it proposes how the highway passenger transport to cope with the inter-city railway passenger transport.
