摘　　要：公路物流信息交易过程存在着利用假身份证等假证件进行欺骗行为的犯罪活动,常常导致货主或配货站的重大经济损失。针对这一问题,从犯罪行为的成因和后果进行了分析,提出了解决问题的方法,并介绍了应用当前比较成熟的信息管理技术来防范欺诈行为的发生。Aiming at the deceiving behaviour in the process of highway logistics information deal, the paper analyzes the causes and effects of criminal offence, proposes how to solve the problem and introduces some comparatively matured information technologies at present to prevent the eccurance of the cheating behaviours.
