摘 要:报告了一种新型槽式椎弓根钢板的结构、技术操作和临床应用7例的初步结果。本钢板螺孔与椎弓根的匹配灵活,很好地解决了椎弓根间距与螺孔间距不相一致的矛盾,固定可靠,对滑移椎体还有一定的复位作用。The present report deals with a new grooved pedicle screw plating,including its structure,operative procedure and preliminary clinical results in 7 cases.This system was more suitable forthe cancel-lous structure of the vertebral body.It was so flexible that the screw hole of the pedicle plating coupled well with the vertebral pedicle solving the problem of discrepancy between inter-pedicle distance and the distance between screw holes of the blate.The system was effective in the reduction of dislocated vertebral body.The author's experience about the location of drill holes was reported.The new system was evaluated according to the new concept of three columns of the spine in spinal fixation.
