摘  要:为了探究化学复合镀Ni-P层的抗菌性能,对AZ91D镁合金进行了Ni-Cu-P/纳米TiO2化学复合镀,制备出了具有光催化性能及优异抗菌性能的镀层。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射技术对镀层进行了分析,并对镀层进行了紫外光照射。结果表明:TiO2粉末与复合镀层使甲基橙的脱色率均为12.5%;镀液中TiO2含量为4g/L时抗菌性能达99.70%,其余含量时抗菌率均达到95.00%以上。Ni-Cu-P/nano-TiO2 composite coating with good photocatalytic performance and excellent antibacterial per-formance was prepared on the surface of AZ91D Mg alloy by elec-troless plating.The morphology and phase structure of the com-posite coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron mi-croscopy and X-ray diffraction.And irradiation test of the com-posite coating by ultraviolet was also carried out.It was found that TiO2 powders and the composite coating were able to decolor methyl orange by a rate of 12.50%.The composite coating pre-pared from the plating bath containing 4 g/L nano-Ti02 had an antibacterial rate of 99.70%,and those prepared from the plating baths containing nano-Ti02 with other concentrations also had an antibacterial rate of above 95.00%o
