摘　　要：根据中小型企业文件管理的实际情况,结合当前计算机技术和网络技术的发展趋势,分析在企业文件管理管理领域采用基于智能客户端的文件监控系统的优点,说明了企业文件管理的主要业务逻辑,对企业文件管理系统的工作流程设计和功能模块设计进行了详细阐述,并最终提出系统总体设计思路和解决方案。According to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprise document management and combined with the current computer technology and network technology development trends, analyses the advantages of document monitoring system based on smart client in the enterprise document management field, gives the main business logic for enterprise document management, system workflow design and function module design detail, finally proposes system design ideas and solutions.
