小柴胡汤合半夏泻心汤化裁方治疗胆汁返流性胃炎75例总结  

A Summary on 75 Cases of Bile Reflux Gastritis Treated by Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction

摘　　要：目的：观察小柴胡汤合半夏泻心汤化裁方治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将148例患者随机分为两组，治疗组口服小柴胡汤合半夏泻心汤化裁方加减，对照组口服盐酸依托比利片加硫糖铝。结果：治疗组总有效率为88．00％，而对照组仅为66．76％，两组比较，P〈0．01；且两组临床症状、体征积分的改善情况均优于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组HP的改善情况也优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：小柴胡汤合半夏泻心汤化裁方治疗胆汁返流性胃炎疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on bile reflux gastritis treated by modified xiao Chaihu decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction. Method： 148 eases were randomly divided into two groups. Cases in the treatment group were treated by modified xiao Chaihu decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction and cases in the control group by itopride hydrochloride tablets sucralfate. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.00% as compared with 66.76% in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. The improvement of symptom and signs core and HP（ % ） in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Modified xiao Chaihu decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction had satisfied effect for bile reflux gastritis
