摘　　要：从网络信息资源管理目前存在的问题出发,结合知识管理中的知识审计,提出了基于知识审计的网络信息资源管理的理念,论证了其可行性和必要性。在此基础上,建立网络信息资源管理的知识审计模型,最后,提出了基于知识审计的网络信息资源管理得以有效实施的保障措施。the paper introduces the present situation of networked resources management at the beginning, combining with the knowledge audit in knowledge management, brings up the concept of networked resources management based on knowledge audit, and demonstrates its feasibilities and necessities. Then the paper proposes the knowledge audit model and some measures to protect networked resources management based on knowledge audit to perform effectively.
