摘　　要：通过对香港与广东省公共图书馆事业的管理体制、基本设施、经费投入、服务效益等进行比较分析,找出差距,对如何构建覆盖全社会的广东省公共图书馆服务体系提出建议和意见。The paper makes a comparative analysis on the management system, basic establishment, capitals put into, and service efficiency between the public libraries of Hong Kong and Guangdong Province, tries to find out the distance, and puts forward suggestions and opinions for the construction of the service system of public libraries in Guangdong Province.
