摘  要:以改性拜耳法赤泥为原料,用盐酸浸取赤泥,将赤泥中的铝和铁溶出,采用凝胶法制备氢氧化铝和氢氧化铁,经聚合制备出高效絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁。重点对制备聚合氯化铝铁的酸溶工艺参数进行研究,同时采用得出的最优工艺参数进行了产品制备,并对产品进行了絮凝性能实验。结果表明,制得的聚合氯化铝铁产品絮凝效果良好。该工艺为拜耳法赤泥的综合利用开辟了一条新途径。A technology for preparing high efficient flocculant--polymeric aluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) with the modified bayer red mud as raw material was studied. The technology adopted hydrochloric acid to lixiviate aluminum and iron in the bayer red mud to prepare the aluminum hydroxide and iron hydroxide by gel method. Then, PAFC could be prepared through polymerization. Process parameters of acid leaching for the PAFC preparation were mainly studied, and PAFC was prepared with the optimized parameters. Flocculating experiment was also carried out to test the performances of pre- pared products. Results showed that the product's flocculant effect was good. This technology developed a new way for comprehensive utilization of bayer red mud.
