脾虚小鼠血清褪黑激素水平变化及意义

摘　　要：[目的]通过观察3种类型脾虚模型小鼠血清褪黑激素(MT)的变化,探讨其脾虚证与MT水平的关系。[方法]建立利血平型脾虚模型小鼠、大黄型脾虚模型小鼠和偏食醋型脾虚模型小鼠,利用ELISA法检测晨1～2时血清MT水平,并观察其在模型建立过程中的变化规律。[结果]利血平型脾虚模型组、大黄型脾虚模型组、偏食醋型脾虚模型组小鼠MT水平均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]MT与脾存在着某种关联性,血清MT低水平可能是评价脾虚证的一个客观的特征性生物学指标。[Objective]To study the relation of splenasthenic syndrome and serum melatonin （MT） levels in spleen deficiency mice. [Methods]Serum MT levels in three types of spleen deficiency mice were detected at 1-2 clock in early dawn by means of ELISA method, and the change trends were observed during the course of modeling spleen deficiency mice induced by Reserpine, Vinegar eating only or Rhubarb. [Results] Compared with normal group, the serum MT levels decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 05） in the above three types of spleen deficiency mice. [Conclusion]There is relevant between MT and spleen,and serum MT level may be a kind of typical biological parameter in evaluating splenasthenic syndrome.
