国内外发明专利维持状况比较研究

摘　　要：对国家知识产权局1994年授权的3838件国内外发明专利相关数据(截至2007年)的比较分析发现,国外发明专利的维持率、维持时间、平均权利要求数、平均发明人数都明显高于或者多于国内发明专利,且国外发明专利主要集中在高新技术领域,国内发明专利主要集中在传统技术领域。The relevant data （as of 2007） of 3838 domestic and foreign invention patents, which were granted by the SIPO in 1994, are comparatively analyzed, and fund that the maintenance rate, the maintenance time, the average number of claims, the average number of inventor and the time needing from application to granted of foreign invention patents are significantly more than domestic invention patents＇, invention patents mainly concentrated on high-tech fields, and foreign while domestic invention patents mainly concentrated on the traditional technical fields.
