基于技术标准的农产品品质提升研究

摘　　要：针对我国农产品品质安全存在的问题,提出了基于技术标准的农产品品质提升的一般模式;结合具体案例,探讨了技术标准对农产品品质提升的作用机制。研究表明,技术标准能够为农产品生产提供科学规范的技术支持,降低买卖双方交易的机会成本,进而通过规模经济和范围经济效应,推动技术标准的实施,促进农产品品质的持续提高,从而保障农产品安全。The promotional pattern of agricultural products quality, which based on technical standards, is proposed in view of the agricultural products quality safety problems. The mechanism that technical standards improve the quality of agricultural products is explored technical standards provide normalized technical support for opportunity cost of transaction buyers and sellers, standards products specific cases. The results show that the the production of agricultural products, lower the then facilitate the implementation of technical through the effect of scale and scope economies, and promote the improvement of agricultural quality continually, thus guarantee the safety of agricultural products.
