摘 要:目标承诺是目标设置理论提出的重要概念,但对其构成成分的认识仍存在争议。通过引入计划行为理论中的两种心理意向——目标意向和执行意向,来解释目标承诺的结构维度,将其作为目标承诺在个体心理层面的具体表现形式,阐述二者对个体目标追求过程的作用和效果,并最终构建出目标承诺的双意向模型。根据目标承诺的新模型探讨了目标承诺对个体目标达成的作用机理,并系统整合了影响目标承诺的各个因素及其相互关系,为进一步发展激励的目标理论奠定了新的理论基础。As an important concept proposed in Goal Setting Theory, goal commitment receives significant attention in theoretical circle; besides, the analysis of its conceptualization is still under discussion. This paper tried to reveal the structural dimensions of goal commitment by introducing two sorts of psychological intentions as the specific manifestation of goal commitment on personal psychological system, namely goal intentions and implementation intentions, and explaining the effects of these two intentions on personal goal striving processes in order to construct a bi-intention model of goal commitment in motivating personal behaviors. This bi-intension model is introduced to illustrate the functional mechanism of goal commitment in goal striving processes, and integrate the influencing factors of goal commitment as well as the relationship among them, further to develop motivation theory.
