摘 要:目的:考察砂仁、藿香、苍术挥发油对士的宁体外经皮渗透的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池法,以小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,采用紫外分光光度法测定模型药士的宁的含量。以氮酮为对照,分别考察1%,3%,5%,7%、10%的砂仁、藿香、苍术挥发油对士的宁的促渗效果。结果:5%砂仁挥发油,5%藿香挥发油,1%苍术挥发油与3%氮酮对士的宁的促渗效果最好,对士的宁(6.6230 mg/mL)12h的平均累积渗透量(Q12,mg/cm2)分别为2.1487,2.3579,2.2450,2.3520;增渗倍数分别为1.0133,1.1148,1.1934,1.0625。结论:5%砂仁,5%藿香,1%苍术挥发油对士的宁有一定的促透作用。Objective : To investigate the effects of volatile oil of Frustus Amomi ( FA ), volatile oil of Wrinked Gianthyssop Herb (WGH) and volatile oil of Rhizoma Atractylodis (RA) on percutaneous penetration of strychnine through mouse skin in vitro. Methods: By using an improved Franz diffusion cells , the effects of these 3 volatile oils on the percutaneous penetration of strychnine were observed and compared with Azone, and the content of strychnine was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: 5% (v/v) volatile oil of FA and WGH, 1% (v/v) volatile oil of RA and 3% (v/v) Azone had best enhancing effects on the permeation of strychnine in Vitro. The average cumulative doses of skin permeation of strychnine (6. 6230 mg/ml) for 12 hours (Q12, mg/cm^2) were 2. 1487, 2. 3579, 2. 2450 and 2. 3520mg/cm^2 respectively and the multiple of enhancement werel. 0133, 1. 1148, 1. 1934 and 1. 0625 respectively. Conclusion: The volatile oil of 5% FA , 5% WGH and 1% RA possesed certain effect of the permeation enhancement of strychnine in vitro.
