摘  要:以Mg0.67Al0.33(OH)2(CO3)0.165.0.58H2O为前体(主体),乙醇为分散剂,在pH=6,温度140℃条件下用离子交换法组装了大分子D-(+)-对二苯甲酰酒石酸(DBTA,客体)插层水滑石。并用XRD,FTIR,DSC-TG,ICP,EA等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,通过控制离子交换条件,可成功将手性大分子DBTA插入水滑石,得到的材料结构完整,晶相单一,具有良好的层状结构,其层间距由0.76 nm扩大为1.98 nm。DBTA插入后,分解温度由297℃上升到387℃,复合水滑石材料的热稳定性大幅提高。A macromolecular tartraric acid ( + )-dibenzoyl-D-tartaric acid (DBTA) has been intercalated into a layered double hydroxide (LDH, host) by ion--exchange with Mgo67 A1033 (OH)2 (CO3)0.165 ·0. 58H2O as the precursor. The conditions of intercalation was obtained,pH--6,0 = 140 ℃. The sample thus obtained was characterized by show that the original interlayer carbonate ions of the under controlled conditions. The interlayer space XRD, FTIR, DSC - TG, ICP and EA. The results hydrotalcite can be replaced by the organic anions of the pillared-hydrotalcite ( DBTA-LDHs ) is expanded to 1.98 nm. The decomposing temperature of DBTA-LDHs increased to 387℃ from 297 ℃ in the free DBTA.
