摘 要:以β-紫罗兰酮为原料,过氧乙酸为氧化剂,硅钨酸为催化剂一锅法合成了二氢猕猴桃内酯。考察了影响二氢猕猴桃内酯收率的反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、氧化剂放置时间等因素。单因素法确定合成二氢猕猴桃内酯的适宜工艺条件为:β-紫罗兰酮的用量10.0 g、反应时间6 h,过氧乙酸用量30 mL,反应温度40℃,过氧乙酸放置时间24 h,硅钨酸用量1.0 g,在该条件下,产品收率为53.9%。用GC-MS、IR和元素分析对产品结构进行了表征。加香评吸实验表明,产物二氢猕猴桃内酯具有增加卷烟香气甜润感,丰满卷烟香味,使香气更加细腻的作用。Dihydroactinidiolide was synthesized by one-pot method from acid as oxidant and silicotungstic acid as catalyst. Some factors dihydroactionidiolide such as dosage of catalyst, reaction time, reaction β-ionone using peroxyacetic effecting on the yield of temperature, standing time of peroxyacetic acid and the amount of silicotungstic acid were investigated. The optimizational process conditions by single factor test are:reaction time 6 h, reaction temperature 40 ℃, standing time 24 h of peroxyacetic acid, the amount of peroxyacetic acid 30 mL and silicotungstic acid 1.0 g under the usage of 10. 0 g β-ionone. Under optimizational process conditions the yield of product reached 53.9%. Structure of the product was characterized by GC - MS, IR spectrum and elementary analysis. The results of aroma and taste of cigarette smoking test showed that dihydroactinidiolide may significantly improve the attribute of cigarette in flavor.
