摘 要:利用形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应和受限回复产生较大驱动力的特性以及胶粘剂对裂缝的填充、修复特性,研究了一种智能自修复混凝土梁.通过试验验证了智能混凝土梁的自修复能力,并对智能混凝土梁的修复机理进行了分析.试验结果表明:裂缝产生后,胶粘剂从修复纤维管中渗入裂缝;通电加热改变形状记忆合金温度而使其对梁施加回复力,裂缝闭合.修复后的试样再次加载时,其开裂荷载提高,修复后的裂缝未再次开裂,而在试件中出现了新的裂缝.Smart concrete beam is developed by embedding martensite SMA (shape memory alloy) wires and fibers with adhesives into the tensile zone of concrete beams. The self-repairing performance of smart concrete beams is investigated experimentally and the repairing mechanism of beams is analyzed. Experimental results show that the deflections of beams are decreased and concrete cracks are closed by the SMA wires contracting using electrically heating. The adhesives flow out from the broken-open fibers into the concrete cracks. The strength of the cracked section is improved by the adhesives. The repaired cracks remains closed and new cracks form during reloading for the smart self-repairing concrete beams.
