S—100 吸收性止血绫在生物体内吸收及代谢的实验研究

摘　　要：本文针对水溶性S-100吸收性止血绫用于体内止血后,对其吸收代谢及是否会引起血管内血栓等问题作试验,结果表明,该材料植入体内后,可发生降解,其中大部分进入循环器官代谢排出体外;其最大血药浓度也未引起血粘度变化,不会形成血栓,因此可被体内吸收而无任何副作用.How is the soluble and absorbent stanching satin absorbed through the metabolism? Does the thrombus forming in the blood vessel by absorption? These problems are studied through measuring the quqlity of the sample inside the human body after various time. The experiments ahow that this material can degrade inside the body and most of it can be excreted out of the body through metabolism. Because of its highest concentration in the blood does not cause the viscosity change of the blood, the thrombus can not forming in the blood vessel. So this satin can be absorbed in the body and exist no any by-effect.
