摘　　要：结合首钢第二炼钢厂实际生产情况,介绍了GCr15钢转炉生产的工艺,从理论及实际上对GCr15钢冶炼控制方面进行了分析。针对炼钢工序,从装入制度、造渣制度、吹炼制度、脱氧合金化及枪位控制5个方面进行了分析,最后得出比较合理的吹炼参数。经过多次生产试制,目前已达到了批量生产的能力。The production process of GCr15 bearing steel produced by convertor is introduced based on production practice at No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of Shougang Group. The control of smelting process of GCr15 is analyzed from the aspects of theory and practice. They include charging system, slagging system, blowing system, deoxidation and alloying, and lance height controlling. As a result, reasonable steelmaking parameters were obtained. Up to now, the production of GCr15 bearing steel has reached a level of batch capacity.
