摘 要:高浓纸页成形是一种节水、节能的先进技术,介绍了我国首例高浓纸页成形的中试研究情况。Highconsistency forming(H.C.F.)is a technology for saving energy and water resource,this paper introduced the first pilot studies on highconsistency forming in China.Pilot trails showed the H.C.F.headbox remained good runnability when operating parameters varied in the following ranges:stock consistency 15%~25%,machine speed 100~200m/min and paper basis weight 60~180g/m2.Highconsistency forming is beneficial to stiffness,tear index,ring crush compression resistance,especially to Zdirection strength.However,some other properties,such as tensile and burst index of high consistency forming products are lower than that of conventional forming.In this work,electronicmicroscope was used to study the microstructure of the sheet,it explained the causes of differences in paper properties between conventional forming and highconsistency forming.
