摘　　要：高浓纸页成形是一种节水、节能的先进技术，介绍了我国首例高浓纸页成形的中试研究情况。Highconsistency forming(H.C.F.)is a technology for saving energy and water resource,this paper introduced the first pilot studies on highconsistency forming in China.Pilot trails showed the H.C.F.headbox remained good runnability when operating parameters varied in the following ranges:stock consistency 15%～25%,machine speed 100～200m/min and paper basis weight 60～180g/m2.Highconsistency forming is beneficial to stiffness,tear index,ring crush compression resistance,especially to Zdirection strength.However,some other properties,such as tensile and burst index of high consistency forming products are lower than that of conventional forming.In this work,electronicmicroscope was used to study the microstructure of the sheet,it explained the causes of differences in paper properties between conventional forming and highconsistency forming.
