摘　　要：随着近几年网络攻击的事故频频出现,其影响范围越来越广泛,入侵检测作为一种主动的安全防御手段,通过对网络上的数据流进行实时分析,发现潜在的入侵威胁,最大限度地提高网络的安全保障能力。文章在分析入侵检测系统概念的基础上,设计并分析了基于网络的入侵检测系统的主要模块,并指出了入侵检测系统的不足与发展趋势。As the accidents of network attacks frequently occur in recent years： their sphere of influence is becoming wider and wider. Intrusion detection, as a means of proactive security and defense, through the real-time analysis of the network data stream, could find the potential intrusion threat, and maximally enhance the guarantee capability of network security. Based on the analysis of IDS concept, this paper designs and describes main modules of the network-based intrusion detection system, and points out the shortcomings of IDS system including its future development
