星载盘式滑环电刷材料的选择和试验

摘　　要：电刷材料的选择对于星载滑环的可靠性及使用寿命有巨大的影响,因此根据滑环结构形式选择合适的电刷材料是滑环设计中必须解决的问题,通过对某星载盘式滑环电刷的材料试验,找到了合适的电刷材料应用于产品,并通过真空寿命试验进行了验证,文中主要介绍了电刷材料试验的过程及试验中出现的问题,并进行了分析及总结。How to select the brush material is very important to the reliability and life cycle of spaceborne slip-ring,so choosing a right brush material according to different slip-ring structure is a problem to be solved.Through some experiment on brush material for a disk structure slip-ring,we found a right material and used it in the production.It is verified by the vacuum life experiment.In this paper,the procedures of the experiment,the problems occurred in the experiment and also their analysis are introduced.
