血液分离胶采血试管在临床检验中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究血液分离胶采血试管是否适用于多种临床检验。方法比对血液分离胶采血试管与干燥管的分离效果、检测结果、采血试管直接上机检测结果、标本保存效果并进行统计学分析。结果分离胶采血试管分离效果好；检测组分离的血清与对照组分离的血清在临床检验分析中无显著性差异；分离胶采血试管原管之间无显著性差异，干燥管原管中有13％的样本在临床化学、酶免学检验的一些项目中有显著性差异；24h后分离胶血清和即时分离胶血清在免疫、分子生物学和绝大部分生化指标的测定结果无显著性差异，有较好的符合性，有一小部分的生化指标有显著性差异。结论血液分离胶试管适用于工作量大、自动化程度高、要求检测结果准确的多种临床检验。Objective To investigate whether separation gel tubes can be used in various kinds of clinical laboratory tests. Methods To make comparison of using separation gel tubes and drying tubes in separating effects,test results,sample preservation effects and testing results of blood collection tubes directly used in machine. Results Separation gel tubes showed good separating effect in serum collection. There were no significant differences in clinical laboratory tests between serum collected by test and control group. Separation gel tubes showed no significant differences comparing with original drying tubes. However,there were still 13% samples from original drying tubes showed significant differences in clinical laboratory tests of biochemistry and enzyme immune assay. After preservation for 24 hours in 4℃ ,the major results of the preservative biochemistry results. Conclusion The separation gel tubes are very suitable for various kinds of clinical laboratory tests which require laborious work ,automation and more accurate results.
