摘 要:目的探讨血清中M蛋白对氧化酶法测定胆红素产生干扰的可能原因。方法通过比较反应曲线,观察反应过程,分析试荆成分及反应环境,以及用其他方法测定,探讨干扰产生的原因。结果氧化酶法测定富含M蛋白血清胆红素出现异常反应曲线,样本与试剂混合产生白色混浊,将患者血清稀释后不能完全消除干扰,应用其他测定方法验证了干扰的存在。结论某些血清中高浓度的M蛋白能干扰胆红素氧化酶法的测定,应引起日常检验工作者的重视。Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of interference in the enzymatic method for bilirubin determination by M proteins in serum. Methods The causes of the interference were analyzed by studying on the reaction ab-sorbance curves,analyzing the reagent components and its reaction condition,and comparing the results with that of other method for bilirubin determination. Results There were abnormal reaction absorbance curve caused by M proteins in serum for bilirubin assays. And a white precipitate formed in the reaction mixtures. The interference couldn't be eliminated by dilutioning the serum. Conclusion Some serum contained rich M proteins could interfere with the enzymatic method for bilirubin determination. It suggested that laboratory staff should pay attention to this phenomenon in daily work.
