摘 要:目的实验评估异型输血产生的危害,为异型输血提供实验依据。方法建立模拟供者受者血液,受者进行ABH分泌型和非分泌型分类,混合后检测红细胞发生凝集的强度,测定血清中K^+含量和血红蛋白含量以评价溶血程度。结果非分泌型受者红细胞凝集强度强于分泌型受者,K^+浓度和血红蛋白含量随着输入的异型血液越多发生溶血的程度越高。结论异型输血后会发生红细胞凝集溶血现象,ABH非分泌型受者红细胞凝集强度强于分泌型受者,激活补体发生溶血的程度无明显差异,分泌型受者血清中的血型物质不能减轻异型输血发生的溶血,输入的异型血液越多,溶血越严重,不主张临床异型输血。Objective To evaluate the risk of different group blood transfusion in order to provide the experimentation for transfusion. Methods To establish simulation blood of donor and receptors and detect the agglutinate of secreting type and nonsecreting type. Haemolysis degree were detected by K^+ concentration and haematoglobin chromatometry. Result Red blood cell agglutination in the donor of secreting type were poor than nonsecreting type when donor blood were receiving different group blood transfusion. Conclusion The Haemolysis degree has not obviously difference by complement activation. It is not to lighten the hemolyze by blood-group substance in secreting type donors after different group blood transfusion. The hemolyze were more severity with more different group blood transfusion,so it was not uphold different group blood transfusion in clinic.
