摘 要:本实验采用超声波乙醇浸提法从地梢瓜叶中提取总黄酮,以单因素实验分析了提取剂浓度,提取时间及料液比3个因素对得率的影响,得到超声法最佳提取工艺,即乙醇80%,提取时间30 min,料液比为(g/mL)1∶30.在最佳提取工艺下,地梢瓜叶中总黄酮含量为2.116 mg/g,平均回收率为99.12%,RSD=0.94%(n=4).此结果为地梢瓜药效功能的进一步研究和资源开发利用提供了科学依据.This experiment adopts ultrasonicwave aided extraction from leaf of Semen Cynanchi to immerse ethanol.Three factors including concentration of solvent,time and ratio of solid to liquid were investigated by using single factor experiment.The optimal process conditions were obtained:ethanol concentration 80%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30,and extracting duration 30min.The flavonoid in leaf of Semen Cynanchi was determined by spectrophotometry as 2.116 mg/g with average recovery of 99.12% and the relative standard deriation of 0.94%(n=4),which offers scientific evidence for further studies of medicinal efficiency and comprehensive utilization of Semen Cynanchi.
