摘  要:目的了解抗SmD1抗体在诊断系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中的特异性和感敏性,探讨其在SLE诊断中的意义。方法取120例SLE患者和230例非SLE患者的血清,并同时进行抗核抗体(间接免疫荧光法)、抗Sm抗体(免疫斑点法)、抗DNA抗体及抗SmD1抗体(免疫印迹法)检测,统计分析其对SLE患者诊断的特异性与敏感性。结果SLE患者抗SmD1抗体的敏感性为69.17%,特异性为97.82%。结论抗SmD1抗体特异性和敏感性均较高,可作为诊断SLE的参考指标,对SLE的诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the significance of anti-SmD1 antibody in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Serum samples of 120 patients with SLE and 230 cases without SLE were tested to detection of antinuclear antibody, anti-dsDNA antibody, anti-Sm antibody and anti-SmD1 antibody, respectively. Results The sensitivity of anti-StuD1 antibody were 69.17% and the specificity was 97.82%. Conclusion Detection of anti-StuD1 antibody had both high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of SLE. The determination of anti-SmD1 antibody can improve the sensitivity and efficiency in diagnosis of SLE.
