摘　　要：目的应用残存指异位再植重建拇指，并观察其疗效。方法对17例拇、手指毁损伤并皮肤缺损者，将残存指异位再植至拇指位置，同时行皮瓣移植修复虎口及皮肤缺损创面，重建拇指功能。术后进行系统的康复锻炼。结果17例异位再植指全部存活。术后随访1～5年，手功能恢复按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定：优3例，良11例，可3例；优良率为82．4％。结论利用残存指异位再植的方法重建拇指功能，术后获得了良好的效果。Objective To reconstruct the function of thumb by pollicisative replantation using abandoned finger, and observe the clinic effect. Methods Seventeen cases of finger and thumb destructive injuries accompanied with skin loss were involved in the study. The abandoned finger was heterotopically replanted to the site of the thumb. Meanwhile, flap transfer was done to reconstruct the first web and cover the skin defect. Systemetie rehabilitation was applied after the operation. Results All of the seventeen heterotopically replanted fingers survived. Postoperatively the patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years. The hand function was assessed according to the upper extremity functional evaluation criteria issued by the Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association. The results were graded as excellent in 3 cases, good in 11 eases and poor in 3 eases. The overall excellent and good rate was 82.4%. Conclusion Heterotopie replantation of abandoned finger for thumb reconstruction can lead to satisfactory functional restoration.
