环境富集材料对不同饲养密度条件下肉鸡生产性能的影响

摘　　要：选择21日龄健康的AA肉公鸡816只,研究环境富集材料对不同饲养密度条件下肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。试验采用3(饲养密度)×2(环境富集材料)设计,每个处理4个重复。试验结果表明:随着饲养密度的增加,肉鸡日增重和采食量极显著地降低(P<0.01),料肉比明显增加(P<0.01),添加环境富集材料除能使高饲养密度组的死亡数大幅度降低外,对生产性能的其他指标影响不明显(P>0.01);添加环境富集材料能使不同饲养密度水平下饲养的肉鸡的腹脂率明显下降(P<0.05)。研究表明:高饲养密度降低了肉鸡的日增重和采食量,增加了料肉比;在肉鸡舍中添加环境富集材料降低了肉鸡的腹脂率,且在一定范围内可提高屠体率。The effects of environmental enrichment materials on the production and slaughter perform- ance in different stocking density were investigated in these treatments in broiler. This experiment adopted 3 （stocking density） × 2 （enriched material） design, selecting 9,1-day-old healthy Male chickens 816 piece from Arbor Acres （AA） and respectively were equally randomly distributed to 6 treatments, each treat- ments with repeat 4. The results of this experiment showed that with the stocking density increasing, broiler＇s daily gain and feed intake was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and feed conversion rate was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Add environmental enrichment materials, except enable high stocking density treatments mortality decreased by half, other performance indicators was not obvious effects （P〉 0.01 ） ; stocking density was not affected for carcass＇s property （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but add environmental en- richment materials enable different stocking density levels of feeding chickens percentage of abdominal fat was significantly decreased （ P〈 0.05 ）. The study indicates that high stocking density reduces the broiler＇s daily gain and feed intake and increased feed conversion rate; Add environmental enrichment materials to percentage of reduce abdominal fat in broiler housing, thereby improving the utilization of the carcass.
