摘　　要：介绍了老年性痴呆的饮食研究进展,从流行病学研究、发病机制、饮食营养支持原则及要求、饮食知识宣教等方面进行综述。It introduced the research progress on diet of senile demantia patients. It summarized the research progress from aspects of epidemiologic study,pathogenesis, principles and requirement of dietary nutritional support, and diet knowledge education.
