医院船护理人员个性特征、应对方式及心理健康的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨卫勤保障综合演习中医院船护理人员个性特征、应对方式与心理健康状况之间的关系。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和肖计划编制的"应对方式问卷",对参加卫勤保障综合演习的50名护理人员,分别于出海前3 d及演习第7天进行调查。[结果]演习中护理人员精神质和神经质因子分与演习前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);解决问题、幻想、自责和退避因子分与演习前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.001);而演习过程中护理人员个性特征与应付方式相关性分析:精神质评分与解决问题呈负相关,内外向评分与退避呈正相关,神经质评分与自责、幻想、退避、合理化均呈正相关。[结论]参与卫勤保障综合演习的护理人员的心理健康受个性特征与应对方式的影响,应对护理人员加强抗缺氧、抗噪音、抗异味、抗晃动等综合训练和心理耐力训练。Objective： To probe into relationship among personality traits, coping style,and psychological health state of nursing staff of hospital ship in safeguard logistic support comprehensive manoeuvre. Methods： A total of 50 nurses participated medical support comprehensive manoeuvre were investigated on the third day before out to sea and on the seventh day of manoeuvre by adopting general information questionnaire,Eysenck person- ality questionnaire（EPQ）, and ＂Coping style questionnaire＂ compiled by Xiao Jihua. Results： There were statistical significant differences in terms of nurses＇ psychoticism and neuroticism factors scores between before and during the manoeuvre（P^0.05）. There were statistical significant differ- ences in terms of nurses＇ problem - solving, imagination, self - reproach, and backoff factors scores between before and during the manoeuvre（P%O. 01 or P^0. 001）. Personality traits and coping style during the manoeuvre cor- relation analysis showed： psychoticism was negatively correlated with problem- solving; introversion or extroversion was positively correlated with backoff; and neuroticism was positively correlated with self- re- proach,imagination,backoff and rationalization. Conclusion： Psychological health of nurses was affected by their personality traits and coping style. One should strengthen psychological endurance training and comprehensive training including anti - hypoxia, anti - noise, anti - odor, anti - slosh.
