摘　　要：2型糖尿病是由复杂机制导致的，在遗传病因学上可能有大量的微效易感基因。而在方法学上的最新进展，有助于确认这些遗传危险因素，并且理解这些相关基因之间如何相互作用，可为解释和阐明2型糖尿病的遗传病理机制提供新的线索，并有助于指导糖尿病的预防和治疗。Type 2 Diabetes lead to a series of complex pathogenesis process based on a large number of risk susceptibility genes in human body. The latest development on the methodology not only confirms genetic susceptibility variants, but more importantly, understands the interactions of among genetic variants. It aims to give the clues to explain the genetic pathologic mechanism of the Type 2 Diabetes, and to promote the prevention and tberapy of diabetes.
