药酒膏摩配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察药酒膏摩配合功能锻炼对肩周炎的疗效及作用机制初步探讨。方法:50例肩周炎患者采用自制的紫荆活络酒进行膏摩治疗并配合适当的功能锻炼,观察患者治疗前、后病变部位的症状和体证变化,进行临床疗效评价。结果:膏摩及配合功能锻炼2个疗程后,患者的疼痛明显减轻或消失,肩关节活动受限明显减轻或无明显受限,总有效率达96%。结论:紫荆活络酒膏摩配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the curative effect of medicinal wine GAOMO plut functional exercise treatment in periarthritis of shoulder and the mechanism. Methods： 50 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were treated with ZI JING activating collaterals wine GAOMO and proper functional exercise. The changes of pre-treatment and post-treatment symptom and syndrome were observed, and the clinical curative effect was evaluated. Results： After GAOMO and functional exercise 2 course of treatment, the symptom of pain was obviously decreased or disappeared. The syndrome of shoulder joint limitation of motion were also obviously decreased or disappeared, with the total effective rate of 96 %. Conclusion： ZI JING activating collaterals wine GAOMO plus proper functional exercise was an effective treatment for periarthritis of shoulder.
