摘　　要：总结59例改良背驮式肝移植手术的巡回配合要点，包括术前访视，物品准备，病人准备，术中配合等，认为改良背驮式肝移植术虽能显著缩短无肝期时间、减少出血及输血量，但对术中巡回护士配合仍要求极高，只有完善的术前准备、合理人员安排、各个环节的紧密连接才能保证手术顺利进行。Objective ：To Summarize the elements of ＂the coordination of tour nurses in improved piggyback liver transplant operation, including the preparation of the patients and appliance before operation, and preparation during the operatipn. Improved piggyback liver transplantation although significantly shorten anhepatic phase time and reduce bleeding and blood transfusion, but it require the tour nurses＇s coordination highly, only the sound of preparation,reasonable arrangements for staff, all aspects of the close connection to ensure operation successfully.
