ICU内开展中药辨证食疗的观察研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药辨证食疗对危症患者营养支持的安全性和有效性。方法ICU内危重患者109例，随机分为实验组（中药食疗组）59例和对照组（传统EN＋PN营养支持组）50例。观测两组病人参加实验后第3、7天的营养及免疫功能的评估：血淋巴细胞计数、HB、TP、ALB、GPT、BUN、T—Cho1．K^＋、Na^＋、Cl^-、Ca^2＋以及恢复肛门排气、排便时间、不适反应、营养支持费用。结果运用中药辨证食疗组患者的营养善优于单纯要素营养组，未发现需中止灌注的并发症，各项监测指标两组间无明显差异，实验组费用为对照组的1／3。结论在对危重病人营养支持时添加调理的中药，无并发症发生，并且有利于调节机体的代谢和免疫功能。Objective To discussion the security and validity of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nutritional therapy to danger sickness patient. Methods In ICU, 109 seriously injured patients were divided into experimental group （traditional Chinese medicine nutritional therapy group） 59 examples and control group （traditional EN ＋ PN nutrition support group） 50 examples. The nutrition and immunologic function appraisal, including bleed lymphecyte counting, the levels of HB, TP, ALB, GPT, BUN, T-Chol, K^＋, Na^＋, Cl^-, Ca^2＋, as well as resume the anus exhaust, the bowel movement time, adverse reaction, nutrition support expense were evaluated after treated 3, 7 days. Results The nutrition condition of experimental group was better than that of control group, and no complications which could cause stopping treatment was found. There was no significantly different of monitoring target in the two groups. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nutritional therapy will be advantageous to adjustment organism metabolism and the immunologic function.
