摘　　要：目的探讨满足家属医学知识需求对晚期癌症患者生活质量的影响.方法采用问卷形式，调查500名癌症患者家庭中的主要照顾者对有关照顾患者的咨询需求，以及满足需求并在其进行培训前后对患者护理干预效果的比较。结果家属最希望能根据患者的疾病、症状及生理需求进行照顾，最大限度满足患者生理及心理的需求。结论根据患者家属的需求提供切实有效的医疗护理常识培训，使家属更好地掌握照顾患者的技巧是提升晚期癌症患者生活质量的重要手段。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of meeting the medical knowledge needs of families on the life quality of the patients with terminal cancer. Methods 500 home nursing providers of patients with terminal cancer were investigated by questionnaire on the information needs, as well as the comparison of the nursing effect before and after meeting the demand and training. Results The first hope of the families was totake care of the patients with terminal cancer according to the disease, symptom and physiological needs, and to meet the maximum physical and mental demands of the patient. Conclusions To enable families to better care of patients by providing effective medical and health care training according to their needs is an important tool to enhance the life quality of the patients with terminal cancer.
