择期手术患者无痛导尿术应用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨择期手术患者无痛导尿术的可行性。方法100例手术前须留置导尿管患者随机分为实验组（50例，采用无痛导尿术一全身麻醉或椎管内麻醉生效后按无菌技术操作原则的要求进行导尿）、对照组（50例，麻醉前按常规无菌技术操作原则的要求进行导尿）。监测两组患者尿道黏膜的损伤程度，评估疼痛程度。结果实验组患者尿道黏膜的损伤程度、疼痛程度明显低于对照组，两者差异均有显著的统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论择期手术患者手术前需留置导尿管者采用无痛导尿术，可减轻尿道黏膜的损伤程度，减轻疼痛程度，提高一次插管成功率。Objective To study the clinical application of anodynia urethral catheterization for the patients undergoing selective operation. Methods 100 preoperative patients needed urethral catheterization were divided into two groups with 50 cases each, routine urethral catheterization as control group and urethral catheterization during general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia as test group. The degree of mucous membrane of urethra injury was observed and the painfulness was evaluated. Results Compared with the degree of mucous membrane of urethra injury and the painfulness in both groups, it may significantly reduce the urethra injury and painfulness in the test group. Conclusions The urethra injury and pain may be reduced for the patients undergoing selective operation with urethral catheterization during general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia, and also easier to succeed for urethral catheterization.
