摘  要:随着活性石灰被广泛应用于各个领域,如何焙烧满足生产要求的高活性石灰日益重要。我院利用囟水生产高纯镁砂进行过三次工业性试验,通过分析其原理以及准确的试验数据,对其重要生产环节——高活性度石灰的焙烧进行了反复的研究和试验,最终探索出较为合理的热工制度,取得了试验的成功。另外,本文就此项技术日后更适合企业大规模生产需要,提出了看法和建议。With the wide application of active lime that meets the production requirement has become inc in various fields, how to calcine reasingly important. Our institute highly active lime has carried out industrial tests three times by the utilization of brine to produce high purity magnesia. Through the analysis of their principles and accurate test data, the repeat tests and research have been done for the extremely important Production link, highly active lime calcination. Finally the more reasonable calcining schedule has been found and successful test has been achieved. In addition the point of view and suggestions are made for the technology to be more suitable to the large scale production requirement of enterprise in the future.
