摘　　要：通过远程医疗会诊车的管理实践。从人员组织、设备管理、演练培训等三个方面进行有效管理,建立了管理、应用、服务为一体的车载保障管理体系,出色地完成了医院野战卫勤训练保障任务,有效地提高了医务人员应急卫勤保障的能力。Through the management practice of teleconsultation vehicle, we carried out the effective management with aspects of staff organization, equipment management and drill training, established vehicle security management system integrated with management, application and service, achieved hospital field security mission for health service drilling, and enhanced the ability of emergency health service security of the medical staff with effect.
