摘　　要：目的了解医护人员乙肝防治知识水平和职业防护技能现状。方法随机选取上海市位居在杨浦区的二、三级甲等医院各一家,调查内科等13个重点科室医护人员。结果医护人员对病毒性肝炎属于哪类法定传染病、疫苗种类,乙肝主要传播途径(经输血或血制品、共用注射器、母婴传播)、乙肝与原发性肝癌的关系等知晓率达到80%以上。与三级医院相比,二级医院医护人员对无症状乙肝病毒携带者不需抗病毒治疗和大部分人血清学指标HBsAg不能自然转阴知晓率偏低。近2周内,62.50%医护人员有被医疗器械刺伤或刮伤史,90%以上的医护人员能及时采取处理措施,乙肝疫苗全程接种率平均为36.67%,在免费接种乙肝疫苗的情况下,61.67%医护人员愿意配合完成乙肝疫苗全程接种。结论医护人员对乙肝防治知识有一定水平知晓率,大部分医护人员比较注重个人防护,但少部分医护人员因不了解而拒绝免费接种乙肝疫苗。今后应加强对医护人员乙肝疫苗安全性宣传,普及乙肝疫苗接种仍是目前医护人员有效预防乙肝病毒感染的重要措施。Objective In order to kown the prevention and cure knowledge level and occupational ability to Hepatitis B of medical -staff. Methods Random choose a second and third grade A hospital. To investigate 120 medical -staff in including medicine etc 13 section office. Results the know rate of the questions such as virus hepatitis belongs to what kind of infect diseases to be stipulated by laws. the chief route of transmission（by blood/injector in common/vertical ） ,together with primary carcinoma of the liver ect reached above 80%.compared to tertiary hospitals, medical personal in second order hospital little know about the questions such as symptomless HBV virus cannier need not anti-viral therapy and serology index HBsAg can not be changed into negative.In two weeks 62.5%medical-staff has been stabed by medical instrument, above 90%has taken control measures.the whole inoculation average rate of hepatitis B vaccine is 36.67%.in free of charge,61.67%medical-staff is willing to inoculate.conclusion in the future the important measures are to enhance medical-staff about HBV clinical knowledge training and HBVvaccine safety propaganda in order to raise the level of HBV clinical diagnose-treat and vaccine inoculation.cultioate initiative HBV prevention of medical-staff.
