摘　　要：大学自发性的泛滥、自觉性的丧失很大程度上是由于大学对自身组织目的性的迷失与对学术性的漠视。大学保持高度的自觉并利用学术的力量是可以抵御与消解外部负面影响的。只有那些具有战略思维、国际眼光、懂得高等教育发展规律、拥有独特的高等教育理念、富有理想并执着的大学管理者,才有可能保持大学的自觉,以真正实现教育家办学。The rampancy of spontaneousness and the loss of consciousness in universities are to a large extent a result of universities＇ loss of their own organizational goals and of their disregard of learnedness. With a consistent consciousness and by academic strength, universities will be able to resist and dispel external negative influence. Only those administrators with strategic thinking, international perspective, understanding of development law of higher education, unique philosophy of higher education, ideal and perseverance are likely to keep consciousness of universities , and the goal of management by educators can be achieved.
