摘  要:基于地下水开采过程中出现的问题和再生水作为地表景观用水潜在的危害,分析了再生水地下回灌在增加地下水资源、改善环境、减少工程费用等方面的优势,并给出了再生水地下回灌在可管理条件下科学合理实施的前提条件,包括对地下水的需求、含水层类型、场地和水质等,提出了需要重点解决的影响再生水地下回灌的关键问题。得出"大体积污水的经济有效处理,储水含水层系统的有效性和可持续性管理,健康、安全和环境风险控制"是可管理的再生水地下回灌能够成功实施的核心,可以保证再生水水质从注入地下含水层到采出回用是安全、可控的。The problems occurred in groundwater exploitation and potential hazards of surface landscape water with reclaimed water were introduced. The advantages of groundwater recharge with reclaimed water were analyzed, including the increase of groundwater resource, the improvement of environment, the reduction of project cost. If groundwater recharge with reclaimed water could be carried out scientifically and reasonably, the preconditions must be completed, such as the demand for groundwater, the types of aquifer, the site of recharge and water quality. And the key problems influencing groundwater recharge were proposed. Finally, core parts of the managed groundwater recharge with reclaimed water were obtained, i. e. , economic and effective treatment of large volume sewage, effective and sustainable management of water storage aquifer system, risk control of health, safety and environment. The above measures could ensure the quality of reclaimed water from injection to recover safely and controllably.
