摘　　要：该文介绍了湖南省国税局新建综合业务办公用房入围方案设计,方案通过对群体中各功能单体空间上转换的处理,纵横交错的空间流动,明暗虚实的空间变换,以及空间与环境复合界面的处理,进而达到对空间整体形态的特色构成,同时和谐自然的处理了建筑群体与周边环境的共存关系,并且指出城市建筑群体空间设计是一种多角度全方位的设计,它包含的内容十分复杂多样,既涉及建筑设计,又涉及城市设计,是两者的中介。This article introduces the selected scheme of Synthesis Office Building for Hunan State Tax Bureau. Through dealing with the transformation between individual spaces, the ample fluidal texture, space change between light and shadow, as well as compound interface between space and environment, the scheme achieves the characteristic structure of spatial overall form, handles the coexistence relationship between buildings and their surroundings harmoniously and naturally. The article points out that the design of urban buildings group space is multi-angle and orientation, which includes both architectural design and urban design and even is intermediary between them, and expounds the overall layout method of building groups in operating level.
