摘　　要：以北京东直门内大街(簋街)为研究对象,追溯这一重要传统商业街区的历史与演变,并针对其在当前发展进程中存在的实际问题,结合同类型街区的比较研究,分别从规划与设计两个层面提出解决对策与工作方法,藉此探讨介于历史文脉传承与商业活力激发双重背景下的传统商业街区更新途径。According to the existing problems and tracing back to the history and evolution of Dongzhimennei Dajie （Guijie）, a typical traditional commercial district in Beijing, the article presents a comparison with the same type districts and discusses the solving countermeasures and working methods from two aspects of planning and design. It explores the effective path to renewal of traditional commercial district in the dual background of historical context inheritance and commercial vitality-taking.
