摘　　要：目的探讨传染病的病原学监测实验室网络工作规范,为实验室病原学监测的高效、有序的开展提供参考。方法根据传染病病原学实验室监测和检测技术及特点,探讨实验室病原学监测的共性和关键,探讨病原学监测实验室网络工作规范要素。结果传染病的实验室病原学监测网络工作规范要素包括管理措施,标准操作规范,人员培训,质量控制,考核与评估,实验室安全和各成员单位的有效合作。结论传染病的病原学实验室监测应该实行网络化,病原学监测实验室网络工作规范是传染病病原学实验室监测的成功实施和运转的关键。Objective To study the criterion of the laboratory network for etiological surveillance of infectious diseases,provide the reference for the laboratory network to conduct etiological surveillance of infectious diseases in a highly effective and orderly way.MethodsAccording to the features of detection technologies and etiological surveillance of infectious diseases,the study of common factors and key factors of etiological surveillance and key elements of the criterion of laboratory network for etiological surveillance of infectious diseases were conducted.ResultsThe criterion of laboratory network for etiological surveillance of infectious diseases should include the management measures,standard operating procedure,personnel training,quality control,laboratory evaluation/inspection,laboratory safety and effective collaboration with network members.ConclusionIt is necessary to establish a laboratory network for etiological surveillance of infectiou diseases.The criterion of laboratory network for etiological surveillance of infectious diseases is essential for the success of etiological surveillance of infectious diseases.
