摘  要:目的探讨不同年龄组抑郁症模型鼠中枢胆碱能系统神经毡突触超微结构及胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)免疫组化变化情况,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法选择中枢胆碱能系统发源地Meynert基底核为观察对象,采用透射电镜从形态学上观察Meynert基底核神经毡突触的变化,应用ChAT免疫组化观察胆碱能神经元的变化。结果透射电镜观察显示,模型组突触囊泡数量较对照明显减少,且与年龄呈正相关。突触囊泡分布不均匀,聚集于激活的突触带附近,各年龄模型组ChAT免疫反应与对照组相比明显增强,且与年龄呈正相关。结论抑郁症模型鼠中枢胆碱能系统发源地Meynert基底核神经毡突触囊泡明显减少,而ChAT免疫反应阳性细胞明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Objective To investigate the central cholinergic system neuropil synaptic uhrastructure and Choline aeetyltransferase (CHAT) immunohistochemistry change of the different age groups of depression model rat, and research the relationship among them. Methods Choose the birthplace of the central cholinergic system Meynert basal nucleus for the observation object, using transmission electron microscopy to Nucleus basalis Meynert synaptic neuropil from the morphology, and using the ChAT immunohistochemical to observe the change of cholinergic neurons. Results The transmission electron microscope observation showed that the model group than in the control quantity of synaptie vesicles decreased significantly and positively correlated with age. The synaptie vesicles distributed uneven, gathered in the vicinity of the activation of the synaptic ribbon, and the model group, all ages ChAT immunoreactivity compared with the control group increased significantly, was positively correlated with age. Conclusions The central cholinergic system in the birthplace of Meynert basal nucleus neuropil synaptic vesicle in the depression model rat decreased significantly, while the ChAT immunoreaetive cells in- creased significantly, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈0. 01).
