摘  要:目的制备枸橼酸坦度螺酮(TDS)渗透泵型控释片,考察影响其释药行为的因素,并探讨释药机理。方法采用机械双面打孔的方法制备TDS渗透泵片,以单因素考察影响其体外释药的因素。结果0—12h内,TDS渗透泵控释片的体外释药以渗透压机制为主,释药速率受溶解度调节剂、促渗剂、阻滞剂的影响显著。结论TDS渗透泵型控释片的制备工艺稳定,释放规律符合控释制剂的要求。OBJECTIVE To prepare Tandospirone citrate (TDS) osmotic pump tablets and investigate the factors influencing the drug release profile in vitro and drug release mechanism. METHODS TDS osmotic pump tablet was prepared by perforating in both sides and the factors affected drug release in vitro were selected by Single - factor method. RESULTS The drug release mechanism in vitro of TDS osmotic pump tablet was osmotic pressure mechanism within 12 h. The drug release profile was mostly affected by soloble conditioners, penetrating agents and retarders. CONCLUSION It is showed that TDS osmotic pump tablet was stable and it had favourable sustained release result in vitro.
